I resolve the enterprise escalations that don’t have a documented answer yet — owning end-to-end L3/L4 technical support for ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, and Enterprise MDM across the Google support organization, via EPAM Systems.

My work lives where rigorous diagnostics meet pragmatic engineering: HAR and net-export analysis, packet captures, and protocol forensics on one side — Bash and Python automation, ITIL-aligned process, and applied AI agents on the other.

Across nearly two decades I’ve moved from industrial real-time systems and application support into deep ChromeOS and MDM specialization. I also mentor engineers and build enablement for the Google Partner community.
